Return Process

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Distance Sales Agreement, the BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty clause.

Initiating a Return Request

Return Conditions

Products to be returned must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned complete with its original packaging and all accessories.
  • The product must be unused and undamaged.
  • The product must be sent back with its invoice. If the invoice was issued to a corporate entity, it must be returned with a return invoice.
  • The shipping cost for products returned under the right of withdrawal is covered by us. If you send the product with a different shipping company, the shipping cost may be borne by the BUYER.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for custom-made or personalized products.

Refund

When the product meeting the return conditions reaches us and your return request is approved, the product amount will be refunded to you in the same payment method within the legal period of 14 days. The reflection of credit card refunds to your account may vary depending on your bank's processing times.

Delivery of Defective or Wrong Product

If your order was delivered with a defective or wrong product, please contact our customer service immediately. In this case, the shipping cost for return and exchange processes will be covered by Ahsapcity.com.
